Tammy Bohen is a certified new leader on-boarding coach through New Leader Onboarding, a certified leadership & executive coach through the College of Executive Coaching and a certified performance coach through the Human Performance Institute.
In her 20 year business and Human Resources career, she has led global teams in talent management, leadership development, talent analytics, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion strategies.
Prior to founding Development by Design, Tammy held several global leadership roles of progressive responsibility where she shaped best in class employee experiences, engagement and business performance with world class organizations including KitchenAid, Johnson & Johnson, Whirlpool Corporation and Lear Corporation.
As the Global Head of Human Resources at KitchenAid, she created the People Excellence strategy and served on the leadership team of the billion dollar global business unit. During her tenure at KitchenAid, the business achieved record revenue, market share, productivity, profitability, and cash flow while maintaining a strong culture, delivering best in class engagement, tripling the leadership pipeline health, doubling women in Sr. Leadership roles and achieving gender parity.
Tammy holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources (MLIR) from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Lake Superior State University. She certified as a Sr. Human Resources Professional through SHRM and the HR Certification Institute.
Razel Jones is a Human Resources professional with specialties in Diversity and Inclusion (DI), Equity and Compliance, and Employee Relations. Razel lives with a mission of helping people and organizations find and actualize their potential.
Razel holds an MBA from Northwood University, a BA from Grand Valley State University, and is certified by SHRM as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Razel has worked for 12 years as an HR professional and consultant in a variety of industries, and has held roles in Training and Development, Staff Orientation, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition/Employment, and DI.
Additional certifications include Gallup StrengthsQuest Advocate, (working with individuals and teams for engagement, leadership, and improved functionality); Cultural Intelligence Facilitator (cultural immersion and cross cultural navigation); and, AAAED Certified Affirmative Action Professional (EEO, Title VI/VII/IX, AAPs, and investigation/complaint processing).
Razel has successfully built and implemented organizational DI plans, managed employee relations and discrimination investigations, and transformed organizational cultures with training (Strengths, CQ, Unconscious Bias, Welcoming Environment) and hiring initiatives (pipeline development/strategic sourcing, equitable hiring systems, needs analyses).
Razel and his family reside in the Nashville area where he works for Middle Tennessee State University with focus on Equity and Compliance (Title VI & VII, EEO, ADA, and AA), investigating claims of discrimination and harassment, and collaborating with managers to accomplish EEO goals.
Tiffany Cosner is an accomplished Human Resources leader with over 11 years of experience. Prior to consulting, Tiffany worked at Whirlpool Corporation for 10 years in various manufacturing, regional, and global corporate roles of increasing responsibility.
Tiffany’s experience and passion includes working with businesses to improve their performance, culture, and effectiveness. Her diverse background includes people strategy development, talent management, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, people leader effectiveness, high performing teams, and project and change management.
When she isn’t enjoying time with her family and friends, she is traveling, antiquing, and exploring her passion for good food and drink. In addition to consulting, she works as the operations leader for her brother’s small business and volunteers locally. Originally from the great state of Ohio, she currently resides in Michigan with her husband and dog, Molly. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Ohio University.
Paul Konczal is a skilled Human Resources professional offering innovative solutions in Reporting & Analytics, Talent Management, Project Management and HR Technology.
During his 10 years at Whirlpool Corporation, Paul held roles in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Analytics & Reporting and HR Technology. He is a trained OPEX Black Belt, and an expert in Employee Engagement, Employee Surveys, Analytics & Reporting and HR Information Systems.
Prior to joining Whirlpool, Paul held positions within a diverse group of organizations including an Executive Recruiting firm, state government and private educational institution.
Paul and his family reside in Fairfield, IA, where he enjoys volunteering with local youth organizations and coaching any sport that’s in season. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy & Political Science from Illinois Wesleyan University.
Hanan Heakal is an expert in Diversity & Inclusion. She is certified in the instruction of the Cultural Orientations ModelTM and the Cultures @ Work program for cultural competency, in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® for leveraging individual diversity, in FlexLife for work- life effectiveness, and in several other inclusion and employee engagement programs, with special focus on bias and unconscious bias.
Hanan spent 28 years at Procter & Gamble where she led Diversity & Inclusion both Regionally and Globally. Her areas of expertise within D&I include Gender, Culture, Equality-based Policy & Benefit and Workplace Flexibility. Hanan has traveled to nearly every corner of the world facilitating trainings, leading networks, or engaged in internal or external speaking engagements.
Hanan earned a Master of Science degree in Psychology with a specialization in Psychology of Culture at Walden University. She also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Carleton College in Minnesota and completed part of her undergraduate studies at King’s College, Cambridge University in the UK.
Experienced facilitator and business coach working with large and small companies. She has 20 years of leadership experience in both operations and human resources. She has led change initiatives for mega projects, led continuous improvement initiatives, designed and delivered global leadership development programs and solutions.
Jacque designs and facilitates leadership learning solutions, ranging from basic management topics to more advanced leadership topics, such as coaching, performance development, creating growth opportunities, team building and motivating employees. Jacque helps leaders create a collaborative learning environment, through both organizational, team and individual strategies.
Jacque is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation, she holds her Masters in Organizational Management and Bachelors in Human Resources.
Deb Terry is a skilled Talent Facilitator and Team Leadership Coach. She specializes in enhancing interpersonal effectiveness at work, DiSC, Building Cohesive Teams, Organizational Effectiveness and building the capacity of Employee Resource Groups/Diversity Networks.
Deb is a certified facilitator of the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team and Everything DiSC by Wiley.
Prior to Founding Skillsblenders, she worked for Whirlpool Corporation for 20 years. She earned her BA at Dominican University and her Masters in Labor & Industrial Relations at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
